The Incentives Lab
Where we work

Phoenix. Washington. San Juan.

Incentive systems are local. The comp plan, the union agreement, the appropriation, the tax structure — all of it is written somewhere specific. We work on-site in three markets and travel from them.

Phoenix

The Incentives Lab is headquartered in Phoenix. Most of our Arizona work starts in a room with a leadership team, a whiteboard, and one uncomfortable question: what is this company actually rewarding?
