How it works

From first signal to standing partnership.

01
Start with a free signal

Run the Diagnostician or take the III Assessment. Ten minutes. You'll know within one read-out whether what you're describing needs an executive course, a workshop, a keynote — or none of the above.

02
Talk to the team

Book a 15-minute call. We don't sell on it. We tell you honestly which path inside the Lab is the right one for the situation you described — and which is the wrong one.

03
Pick a path with a clear scope

Every engagement above has a defined scope, deliverable, and price. No proposals dragged out for months. You sign one page; we start within thirty days.

04
Stay connected if it works

Most relationships start with one engagement and become a standing partnership — a retainer, a license, a place in a cohort. We let the work compound. We don't push it.

FAQ
Which path should I start with?

If you're a leader who wants to change how your company works: The Executive Course. If you want to roll it out across a whole organization: Train the Trainer. If you want it on a stage: a Keynote. Not sure? Book a 15-minute call or run the free Diagnostician first.

Can we combine these?

Yes — most clients do. A common pattern: keynote → Comedy & Improv class for the leadership team → Executive Course seats for the top 12 → Train-the-Trainer license once the discipline is proven inside the company.

Do you take pro bono or reduced-rate work?

Yes, with two filters: the work has to be inside a system that touches a lot of people (public health, education, public safety, civil society), and there has to be a counterpart inside the organization with real authority to act on what we find.

Who's the actual team?

Aaron Bare leads the Institute and personally faculty-leads the Executive Course, Masters, and most keynotes. III faculty include working operators, comedy writers, and academic researchers across the eleven disciplines.

What about geography?

Online programs run globally. In-person work runs out of Scottsdale, Arizona for cohort events. Corporate engagements are delivered on-site anywhere; we travel.

Next Step

One sentence is enough. We'll come back within a few business days with the path inside the Lab that matches what you described — and a fifteen-minute call to confirm it.
