Biography
Aaron Bare is the founder of The Incentives Lab and the creator of Incentive Intelligence™ — the discipline of diagnosing and redesigning the incentives that shape how people, teams, markets, and machines behave.
Over two decades he has facilitated strategy inside more than 500 companies, advised Fortune 500 boards and CEOs, and negotiated more than $12B in deal value across 100+ countries. He is the author of six books, including the WSJ bestseller Exponential Theory, the new book Magnetic Zero; The search for the Perfect Philosophy, and the forthcoming Perverse Incentives (2027).
He convened the Consortium to make Incentive Intelligence the standard executive discipline — and to root out the negative incentives that shape our future.
