Manifestation, redesigned.
Show me your incentives and I'll show you the life you're about to manifest.
Most manifestation work asks the wrong question. "What do I want?" is easy. "What am I currently being rewarded for?" is the one that changes your life.
Every outcome you have ever produced — wealth, relationships, body, business, peace — was perfectly designed by the incentive structure you were unconsciously running. Change the architecture and the outcome changes with it. There is no other lever.
"You don't get what you want. You get what your incentives are quietly optimizing for."
Outcomes follow incentives — not affirmations
What you repeatedly tell yourself is weaker than what you are repeatedly rewarded for. Reverse-engineer the reward, the outcome arrives on its own.
Give people what you want them to give you
Every relationship is an incentive loop. Want trust, attention, capital, opportunity? Pay it first, in the currency the other side actually values — not the one you assume they do.
Focus is an incentive structure
You don't get more focused by trying harder. You get focused by removing the incentives pulling your attention sideways and stacking the ones pulling it forward.
Identity beats willpower
Behavior is downstream of who you believe you are. Manifestation works when the incentive system rewards the identity that produces the outcome, not the outcome itself.
Compounding > breakthroughs
The asymmetric returns of manifestation come from designing one tiny daily reward that survives 1,000 days — not from one dramatic 'visualization' session.
The universe is a feedback loop
Luck is a residue of design. The people who 'attract' opportunity have quietly designed the incentives that make them the cheapest, most obvious place to send it.
The curriculum.
The four lessons that anchor the 90-day system.
Hover any underlined term to see the definition. Every lesson in the full Executive Course pairs with a guided exercise you'll work through live.
Stop visualizing. Start architecting.
Visualization without architecture is a hobby. The version of manifestation that works is the one that quietly redesigns your incentives, your defaults, and the people you owe small favors to, so that the outcome you want becomes the outcome the system produces.
The future you want is downstream of the schedule you keep this week.
Identity is a commitment device
The most reliable behavior change starts with a small public claim about who you are — not what you want. "I am someone who writes every morning" is a commitment device in the strongest sense: every subsequent action either reinforces it or breaks the consistency.
We'll build identity statements you can actually live up to, in 90 days.
Engineering your own reward schedule
The brain that wants a five-year goal is the same brain that runs on dopamine released today. Design weekly, visible wins. Make the streak count. Make the loss of the streak feel like a real loss — because to the brain, it is.
The 90-day architecture
The Executive Course closes with a 90-day implementation: identity claim, calendar redesign, default changes, reward schedule, and three public commitments. By day 90, the system runs itself or the system was wrong. Either is a useful answer.
Build the incentive system. The outcome follows.
Manifestation by Incentives runs as a cohort-based specialty track inside The Incentives Lab. Eight modules. A 90-day implementation system. A capstone you live, not write.
