The challenge

Build a high-trust network where founders, investors, and operators actually move each other's businesses forward — rather than a directory that decays into noise.

The engagement

Designed and ran the Extraordinary platform, curated membership, and facilitated convenings, with cultural health measured continuously rather than surveyed annually.

What the audit found
  • Trust was the binding constraint; every design decision was tested against it.
  • Status in the network had to be earned by contribution, or the network would invert.
  • Curation is an incentive mechanism, not an editorial preference.
The outcome

A compounding network used by Shark Tank founders, EA Sports' Trip Hawkins, and hundreds of operators — repeatedly described as the highest-signal room on their calendar.

"Amazing thought leader and communicator. He will 100x many companies — he has already done amazing things for a lot of my clients."
Daymond John · Shark Tank · Founder, FUBU
