Ten artifacts
One per week for weeks 1–10. Each is reviewed against a rubric for that dimension.
Capstone
Weeks 11–12. A full redesigned incentive system for one KPI in your org, defended in writing.
Council review
Passing artifacts unlock Council review. Council members read your capstone and vote.
