The Incentives Lab
The Platform

Four products. One flywheel.

The Incentives Lab is organized around four interconnected products. Each reinforces the others: the Atlas supplies knowledge, the Lens diagnoses problems, the Designer tests solutions, and the Observatory generates evidence that feeds back into the Atlas. The platform gets sharper as more people use it.

The Flywheel

Why this beats a course catalog.

A traditional educational website ships content and stops. Our platform compounds. Every diagnosis, every redesign, and every simulation run with the user's consent enters the Observatory. Editors review it. Evidence that holds up updates the Atlas. The next person who opens the Lens sees a sharper picture than the last person did.

Evidence approved in the Observatory cites back to Atlas elements, so improvements compound on the same shared vocabulary the Lens and Designer already speak. That's the flywheel.

Start anywhere. The flywheel pulls you forward.

Most people start by exploring the Atlas or diagnosing a system they're inside today. The rest follows.
